Thank you for choosing us for your custom design! This form helps us document all the details necessary to create a personalized mock-up for your order. Please complete the form thoroughly, and we will contact you via email or text regarding your design. If you select email as your preferred contact method, please ensure you check it regularly for updates.
Important Details:
• $5 Design Fee: This non-refundable fee goes toward your final item cost.
• Production Time: Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to complete after the invoice is paid (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner, please let us know. A rush fee may apply for expedited completion based on your requested date.
The Custom Order Process:
1. Submit the Form:
• Fill out all fields with as much detail as possible.
• If you have a reference image for your design, please email it to us at Lazerocity@gmail.com after completing this form.
2. Design Mock-Up:
• Once we receive your details, we will create a digital mock-up for your review.
• We will collaborate with you to finalize the design to ensure it meets your expectations.
3. Approval & Payment:
• After design approval, an invoice will be sent. Payment must be made in full before production begins.
4. Production & Completion:
• Once the invoice is paid, we will begin creating your custom order.
• Signs will not come with a hanger attached for liability reasons. (This excludes round door hangers.)
